What are women’s cyclicity, men's linearity, the man-made world, and a Mood Flow?

Women's cyclicity or ciclicality - a rhythmical pattern of menstruating women of changing physical and emotional states, behavior, reactions, and attitudes over a period of 3 to 5 weeks. A continuous manifestation of invisible estrogen and progesterone's pattern that conditions the timing of the body's inflammatory processes, serotonin and dopamine release, sense of wellbeing, risk assessment, threat perception and risk asessment, time perception, attitudes, and reactions. In a man-made world, considered an inadequate way of doing and being.

Men's linearity - a rhythmic 24- hour pattern of circadian rhythm that conditions overall perception of a world as a linear constant. Shifts in physical and emotional states, reactions, and attitudes reset every morning, giving the perception of a progressive and linear flow of life and time. In a man-made world, considered the adequate way of doing and being.

Learned (internalized) linearity - a situation when a woman absorbs linear performance beliefs about herself and starts acting and evaluating herself accordingly, ignoring her own inner cyclical nature.

Man-made world - a place designed by men over a long period of time without taking women's cyclicity into account. Currently, the world is under reconstruction to include women's cyclicity alongside existing men's linearity to become a truly human-made world.

Mood flow - a trackable rhythmic change of behaviors, reactions, and attitudes. In mainstream, it simply means having a good mood every morning as a fresh start. In the context of women's cyclicality, mood flow at every moment is shaped by the existing estrogen and progesterone profile. Although it follows its own set of rules and timing, it is highly trackable and manageable.

Cyclical Mental Health - a mental health approach that considers natural rhythmic fluctuations of perceptions, attitudes, and reactions of menstruating female clients in its work and adjusts timing of sessions accordingly to understand the full range of emotions concerning the subject of referral.
