Hi,
My name is Evgeniia — pronounced eev-GEE-nee-ah. I preach cycle literacy, I cultivate cycle awareness, and I use cycle syncing as a flexible tool — not a rigid standard women must live up to and men need to understand.
My interest is focused on women’s cyclicity, which goes far beyond simply having a period. For a long time, I experienced a strong cognitive dissonance between my own understanding of women’s cyclicity and how we were taught to think about it — often as something inadequate, inconvenient, or damaging that needed to be fixed.
I get it: we live in a world built around testosterone-driven linearity and expectations, but I think it is time to create proper language about women’s cyclicity.
So, I write about the importance of cycle literacy and develop cycle literacy curricula for our linear, testosterone-driven world.
I am a wife and a mother. I work in Maryland for a nonprofit organization, and I have two cats.
I was born in Siberia in 1987.
I moved to Ecuador and lived there for over 10 years.
I speak three languages: English, Spanish, and Russian, and I plan to eventually translate my work and educational materials into all three of them.
All my ideas are my own.
My husband gets nervous when I say, “Baby, I was thinking….”
In 2022, I wrote a book for my husband based on my mood swings flow diary to help him understand how my mood changes over the course of a single cycle. I’m sure he hasn’t fully read it yet.
In 2026, I founded Eve’s Flow Project LLC and Mood Flow School to seriously dedicate myself to closing the empathy gap.
I use my own methods of mood tracking, and I teach my teen daughter to do the same.
I talk about women’s cyclicity with whoever is ready to listen, and when it resonates, I know this knowledge is useful. Feel free to reach out at evgeniia@evesflowproject.com.
